Satisfaction guaranteeSupportMyPC is a website in the BizziPros Network. BizziPros offers a Satisfaction guarantee to the customer. This guarantee entails the following:
“If the expert has been able to gain a clear understanding of the work to be performed before concluding the assignment and subsequently has decided to accept the assignment, BizziPros will not charge the customer support points, if the expert is not able to satisfactorily complete the assignment.”
BizziPros is entitled to reserve, prior to the assignment to be completed, the necessary support points from the credit balance of the customer. After completion of the assignment the customer can indicate on the website whether he was served to his satisfaction.
- If the customer is satisfied, the expert gets paid and the support points are deducted from the customers’ credit balance.
- If the cstomer is not satisfied, he can simply re-release the assignment through the website to be accepted by another expert. For this the customer will not be charged extra credits. the expert will not be paid.
- If the expert upon acceptance of the assignment has stated that there is a good chance that he/she may not be able to successfully complete the assignment, and the customer has nonetheless requested the expert to try.
- If the Customer has chosen to have an expert come to the location of the customer. The customer can decide to dismiss the expert and take back the assignment. In that case the customer must pay for the time the expert spent on the assignment.
