When you want to give an expert of SupportMyPC remote acces to your computer, to help you remotely, you have to download a software pod, named BizziConnect. Your expert will tell you what to do.
Without your permission, an expert will never access your PC. You can safely leave the software on your PC for the next time. Follow the instructions of your expert to download the software.
